We offer 3, 6, 12 and 18 month online cookery courses for the Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards. We have five courses available, all of which are 3 months long. Book a single course for a 3 month option, or combine courses to create a 6,12 or 18 month program, selecting the course/s that appeal most.
All our recipes are available for vegetarians and pescatarians, please just let us know your requirements when booking. We also provide alternative recipes for participants with allergies, intolerances or other special dietary requirements. We are also happy to offer an alternative recipe for any big dislikes!
