ABOUT US

Welcome to Egg & Soldiers. 

Egg and Soldiers offers workshops and online courses providing the skills to independently cook at home. Founded in 2012, by Susannah Anderson and Jo Schuberth, we are a well-established cookery business, with previous experience in running cookery clubs and courses. Egg & Soldiers came to life after both Susannah and Jo started families and were looking for a new chapter in their lives.

Susannah graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc Hons in Hotel and Catering Management and has worked in the catering industry ever since.  From running chalets during ski seasons to working in 5-star hotels Susannah has always been around a busy kitchen.

Jo, equally as passionate about food, brings the business head to the table with a degree in Business Management and experience in all things Project Management, although food has always been at the heart of her soul.

Tutors ‘Susannah Anderson E&S’ and ‘Jo Schuberth E&S’ deliver services under the trading name of Egg & Soldiers. When you book a cookery course you can choose your tutor, depending on your preferences.

 

Your tutor is responsible for delivering the course/s you have booked. This includes guiding, advising and supporting you throughout the course. You will be provided with feedback on recipes completed, as well as support with progress and tuition provided where appropriate. If you have any queries or concerns about your course please contact your tutor.
