We are Susannah Anderson and Jo Schuberth, who share a passion for all things food and cookery.  In 2012 we founded Egg & Soldiers and since then we have been teaching teenagers and adults to cook.

Our focus is on delivering excellent online cookery courses for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE), as well as bespoke cookery courses upon request.

Duke of Edinburgh Cookery Courses

We are delighted to be one of only a

few Approved Activity Providers (AAP) licensed by The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) to deliver online cookery courses. 

​

We offer 3, 6, 12 & 18 month online cookery courses for the Bronze, Silver & Gold Awards. Our courses are fully supported, affordable, home based and designed to arm your teenager with cookery skills and recipes that will set them up for life.
